So what does it mean to be part of the River’s Edge Home Owners Association (REHOA)? First, you share ownership of common land and access to facilities such as the hiking trail system. Second is that you automatically become a member of the community association with all other homeowners and, as such, must abide by association rules; Last is that you’ll have to pay a nominal assessment (annual dues) that are used to maintain common areas (entrance landscaping), routine maintenance and/or additional services.
The primary mission of REHOA is to protect the homeowners investment and maintain, through community standards & common area maintenance, the value of the property.
